I. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
No Refunds. If you wish, you can cancel your payment package but no refund will be applicable on the cancellation/termination of a payment package, however you can still use the applicable paid service until the end of its terms you paid for.
Moreover, if we terminate or suspend your account for your breach of the website terms then you will receive no refund or exchange for any unused payment plan or payment of any paid service.

We will refund you back in the following circumstances:
1. If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;
2. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
3.If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;
4. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.

III. UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
